- Rings without personalization CAN BE RETURNED, as long as they are still in new condition and unworn. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of sending the ring back. As soon as we receive the ring back, we will issue a refund.
- Rings without personalization CAN BE EXCHANGED, as long as they are still in new condition and unworn. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of sending the ring back. We will provide the buyer with a coupon code for 90% off, to purchase a new ring.
PERSONALIZED RINGS -
- Rings with personalization CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- However, if the ring is personalized, but does not fit, we can offer the buyer a COUPON CODE, for 50% off the purchase of a new ring, in the new size.
KEYCHAINS, ORNAMENTS, BADGE REELS, COMBS, PET TAGS, GIFT TAGS, BOOKMARKS & RING BOXES -
- Items without custom personalization CAN BE RETURNED, as long as the item is still in new condition. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund.
- Items that have been personalized, CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED.
