The symbols shown in the listing photos are only a small sample of the things we can engrave. If you have a different idea, let us know - WE CAN ENGRAVE JUST ABOUT ANYTHING!

Each wood piece for the badge reel is sanded smooth and finished with our mixture of Organic Jojoba oil and Beeswax. Each badge reel will come shipped in a small kraft paper gift box.

We accept direct checkout through Etsy and also PayPal, both will allow you to pay with any major credit cards.

If you want to cancel your order, just email us and we can work it out. Orders cannot be cancelled if the item has already been made.

Shipping from United States

Most of the items in our shop will ship within 5-10 business days, after your payment clears. Please check your order receipt for the "Scheduled to ship by" date.

A few important notes:

Choosing a faster shipping method (i.e. Priority Mail Shipping or Priority Mail Express) does NOT mean that OUR SHOP will ship out your item faster. Choosing a faster shipping method means that once we drop your order off at the post office, your shipment will be expedited accordingly.

YOU MAY SEE A PRE-SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION A FEW DAYS BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS PHYSICALLY DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE.

If you need your item rushed or have a deadline, please send us a message (via ETSY MESSAGING) PRIOR to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When is my item scheduled to ship and/or what is the estimated delivery date?

To see the estimated delivery date for your order on Etsy.com, do the following:

3. If available, the estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

You can find the *processing time* for an item on the item’s listing page:
1. Click an item you’re interested in on Etsy.com.
2. On the listing page, you’ll see either:
>> Ready to ship in: This shows the processing time for the item.
>> Estimated delivery date: The date range when you can expect this order to arrive.

*The processing time is the length of time our shop needs to get your order ready to ship, or the length of time between when you place an order and when our shop ships your order.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't actually receive it. What should I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email, but have not actually received your package, here is what we suggest:

1. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
2. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS will generally provide helpful information.

Ugh; I provided the wrong address for my order! How can I change the address?

1. Contact our shop with the correct address and we will update it when we print out your shipping label.
2. We can cancel your order. Then, you can reorder the items with the correct shipping address.

Do you offer local pickup as an option?

Unfortunately, local pickup is not an option at this time.
